Judge Beth Bloom, Southern District of Florida, appointed by Barack Obama. I am not tracking any current DHS cases in front of her, but that did not stop her from attacking me in the media last week. She described my basic factual criticisms of district judges as an “attack” on judges. Remember, district judges have called DHS officials racist, authoritarian, and worse. Yet Judge Bloom says these district judges are just “doing the very best they can,” while anyone who criticizes them is engaged in “intimidation.”
