Kavanaugh confirms that we have technically been in a state of war since 9/11, and that via Supreme Court precedent, US citizens can be tried by the Military if they are caught collaborating with the enemy in a time of war.

We are technically still in a state of war, the “War or Terror”. Trump says the Obama administration enabled Iran to build nukes via Obama’s JCPOA Iran Deal. Iran is the worldwide sponsor of terror. Meaning Trump is accusing Obama of aiding the enemy, which is treason.

If we find incontrovertible evidence that the Obama admin wittingly aided Iran in the pursuit of nuclear weapons, they technically could be tried as unlawful enemy combatants, similar to the Nazi saboteurs in WW2.
