Just more evidence of the WOKE and CRT indoctrination... replacing military competence with social experimentation... promoting the incompetent based on race and some cockamamie concept that fairness works in the selection of military leaders... not competence. We are not dealing with the local GirlScout Council when promoting Generals, credit for promoting more women and officers of color doesn't necessarily equate to victory on the battlefield. In fact, such social engineering has never produced better leaders in the military or civilian world. America is paying the price for buying into socialist engineering ... the decadence sown by Marxist operatives is reaping ready-made victory in the field.
