The Governor needs to immidiately have him evicted/removed from his office and if necessary the Legislature can approve such a move on an emergency order basis... while at it, Gov. Abbott needs to purge the State of any other city, or county officials... police, prosecutors, commissioners, or counsel members that ignore his orders to detain, remove and deport illegal aliens.
We are at war and any member of the government that ADHERES or gives aid and support to the invasion... it's human and drug trafficking must be SWIFTLY and HARSHLY disciplined. Our State and National security, health, and safety are at critical risk.
The Supreme Court has ruled Texas may detain, arrest, and deport these illegals... this Chief of Police needs to be removed... fired and every other state official who takes the same position... needs to go immidiately. A state of war exists and tolerance for the belligerents should constitute treason.
P/S Let the offender's SUE get their jobs back and let the state drag out their suits while getting the legislature to pass any enableing law necessary to have the Governors orders followed. Play hardball... impeach any judge that ignores the Governors Executive Orders for bad behavior and or material cause.
