This is insane. A Ukrainian NGO just put out an enemies list that includes US citizens. This list blames us for Ukraine’s issues on the battlefield.

Are there names of those involved in the Biden Ukraine scam, do they need to disappear? In that case or even otherwise don't hold your breath waiting for Biden to say something. When it comes Ukraine the old man knows nothing!
Proxy wars... the fruit of ignoring the law of neutrality... A product of the Military Industrial Complex and its profiteering from supplying wars. Allowing belligerents to receive war supplies from third parties avoids the third parties' commitment to engage in a war by proxy (with plausible deniability... Thus, hoping to retain a position of neutrality, avoiding being dragged into the conflict directly. This must stop or we will continue to see war by proxy or worse... The spread of war until it engulfs the world.
The claims of neutrality have become the door through which major wars are waged by proxy... it has turned the commerce of war into a profitable business model.

At one time International Law made it clear... that the willful supply of arms to a belligerent at war made the supplier an ally of the party receiving the weapons or war supplies... it was considered... and I believe it still is... an ACT OF WAR... a violation of the law of NEUTRALITY...
However, it is argued by many that the Old World Order... before 1928... and the laws of neutrality no longer apply... BS... various treaties and international agreements remain and apply to the laws of neutrality... any unilateral and unrecognized verbal reversal of the law of neutrality is BS.
It is the propaganda of the world's Military Industrial Complex that claims the law of neutrality no longer apply... it is the stuff of warped minds, seeking to profit from war... One can now supply unlimited arms and munitions to belligerents and not be considered at war... open for targeting by the belligerents. The laws of neutrality must be obeyed if we are to make war commercially unprofitable. Proxy wars are now common... as they avoid the entanglements created by the Laws of Neutrality. War is now big business.
