Then maybe she shouldn't have been "in proximity.."
Another proof that immigrants have become a menace to society in the US. Throw them all out, start from scratch and reform the system before admitting anyone else - no more birthright, no more bogus refuge status, etc etc.
What a disappointment she must be for her immigrant parents!
