For those unaware... the tactics above appear to be adopted from the standard modus aprendi of the old KGB in rounding up Soviet Dissidents and trouble makers in the old Soviet Union... We are seeing those same jack-booted policies now appearing in the USA, under the supervision of the DHS and DOJ.
