Can anyone explain why new babies need FREE diapers? Last time I looked, parents were responsible for providing milk, diapers, bedding, baby bottles, clothing, blankets, and other newborn baby items for the newborn. Am I wrong? I came from a poor family of 12 kids, and nothing was given to us for FREE. What the heck is going on? Is this supposed to get him more votes for whatever he runs for next?
