It's a good step but it seems to that the courts have treated all most all of these cases like a grenade that has already had the pin pulled. They can't wait to make them go away. None of them want to handle the issue as it has been cowardice iin action within the court system.
This would seem like a good first step - but it will all depend on how the lower court rules. Too many courts are still trying to hide the election fraud and of course the MSM just goes right along with the cover up.
