We've all seen how the Left kept pro Trump lawsuits from being heard ... "you don't have standing". But there's another way (always is). We allege something (like the election was stolen) that forces the other side's (e.g. CNN) hand. They will need to challenge our assertion in court or remain silent. The first gives us entry to court where our testimony becomes public (thank you) or the other side implies concession by not challenging ... damned if they do or damned if they don't.
In court, we simply allege election count fraud (circumstantially) if Dominion machines were used.
Example: Nevada has a Democrat governor and their Sec'y of State exclaimed "not a smidgeon of fraud". Riiiiight. But they used Dominion voting machines. Case closed!
