This is where clergy is derelict of duty. In similar neighborhoods, they must try to lift up the people and give them hope that if they improve and adopt civilized ways and improve their schools that in the future such vocal rabble will not be their representatives. How do we help them?
Richard - Sadly our clergy is derelict in far too many ways. It is also their duty to "save souls" but I have not witnessed many of those lately.
