He is 100% correct. There is a complete lack of DISCIPLINE in many families. So many families without Fathers has had a very determental effect on families. We see thes Politicians getting away with murder, fraud and corruption. No consequences ever. Many Americans think that it is ok. Just look at these Blue States. Most are a mess. Not sure it can be turned around.
