It is not the form of government that is to be revered or feared… it is its administration. Scripture teaches us that when the Righteous Rule the people prosper and are freest. However, when evil sits in the citadels of power the people suffer violence and poverty… Every evil work abounds.
It is God’s Natural law… that drives the engines of liberty and secures our freedom … It is not the arbitrary and pernicious laws of mankind that keep us free. God endowed mankind with the innate ability to define good and evil; and to choose his path in life, whether it be good or evil.
The whole of Creation knows that Love does no harm... and is the cornerstone of God’s Natural Law. If government is not administered and regulated by LOVE it soon becomes a terror to those governed... Who among us does not know that people who refuse to govern based on God’s natural law are in serious trouble?
Jesus teaches us that we are to render unto God that which is God’s and unto man/Caesar that which is man’s… kind for kind. God expects the government to temper its administration with the Natural Law of God.
However, the wicked seek to yoke their neighbor with the chains of man’s arbitrary and often pernicious Laws... Capitalism and Communism… Monarchy or Democracy… they all become despotic forms of government over time… This is especially true where God’s Natural Law is not applied in the community of those governed. The people, the individual, ultimately establish governments that reflect the character of their society.
It is the outlaw… those who refuse to restrain their conduct voluntarily; or deny their untoward desires in life.. that soon finds they are trapped and bound by their lawlessness.. The individual who expects the government to restrain their wanton and feckless conduct, soon finds his life bound by the dictates of depots.
We are warned to train up a child in the way they should go… in righteousness… in the laws of Nature’s God... God’s natural state of goodness. Failure to harness one’s flesh with the Judeo/Christian ethic… codified for the administration of a righteous government … leads to serious moral decay and oppressive government.
Governments are established to control the unrestrained exercise of the wicked individual... Those who have not inculcated limits of conduct for life, end up creating governments that regulate ALL their wants, needs, and life’s expectations… despotic government.
So it is today… we live in a once proud and righteous nation that has lost its way …a nation, whose government and social order are controlled by the wicked and morally corrupt. The People have forgotten who they are and what they are. They have left the guideposts of the righteous, the ‘natural law’, for the arbitrary and decadent administration of mankind's dark side. They refuse personal accountability to God and others… saying, we will not be denied our desires and wicked conduct.
Governments… all governments ultimately reflect the character of those governed… Where the despot governs evil prospers, and where the righesous govern peace and prosperity flourish. It is not the form of government that we should fear, it is the ADMINISTRATION of government that dictates if those governed will eat of the fruit of righteousness or endure the pain of the despot.
Government is the sum of a nation’s will to keep God’s commandments or to suffer from rebellion... History records mankind’s penchant for self-destruction. Volumes annotate the journey of man, with the blood of their children and the tears of lost generations...
What blood shall we shed and with whose tears shall we water our gardens this day… Shall it be with the blood of patriots and the tears of tyrants or will we sigh and bear even greater suffering?

The nation stands in judgment... our People, their homes, and commercial enterprise have lost their way. The unrighteous judge dictates the will of the corrupt. Tyranny stalks the innocent, and the wicked make their homes amid our communities and sit in the seats of government...
The Ox is muzzled and the workman is denied his wage... And, the people wonder a their calamity and suffering... Wonder no more... for the double-minded receive nothing from God... One can not serve two masters... without faith to anchor hope... They have ended up in a ditch.

When the 'high court" cannot define anything relating to morality, they act as the head of the spear, when they do not have that authority. But that is how everyone sees them, do to the misleading word of "supreme," lower case for my lack of respect.
IF they cannot yet define LIFE, then they simply define borders, something in the natural. But ask them to define and opine according to our Chrisitan heritage, our Law of Nature and Nature's God, otherwise knows as Natual Law, and they cannot.
Had THEY defined life as life, the dominoes would then fall, leading to Creation (and the right to teach that in schools), and then the biggie, Evolution, would come tumbling down, and when all strongholds of evil fell face-first like Sadam Hussein, then the left would have absolutely nothing to stand upon, nor would govco.INC. Advertising would change. Everything would change.

The Courts are subject to the oversight of Congress and the US Constitution... they are to administer the law not make law.
Congress needs to renew... to re-write the Federal Judiciary Act reigning in the Courts... the federal courts have exceeded their Constitutional role and Jurisdictional authority.
Article III of the US Constitution limits the jurisdictional powers of the Federal Courts to administer and adjudicate Federal Law, disputes between the several States, cases involving individuals and the Federal Government, and disputes between the soverign states. Foreign powers, and the Nation...
The findings of the court were in all cases... to apply only to the case before them and any findings binding the other two branches of the federal government to the will and (interpretation) of the Courts are extra-constitutional and non-binding. However, the courts fail to understand that they don't carry the weight of LAW... there is no law of the Court... they are only to administer the Laws of Congress and the Constitution.
The people and their JURY SYSTEM were to be the final arbiters of the law... not the judiciary The courts don't make law... they administer and adjudicate LAW CASES... which are limited to the specific case before the court and the verdict of Juries... not the edicts of the judiciary... are the ultimate power of the law.
The Congres needs to redistrict the Federal Courts and issue clear restraints on their Jurisdiction. They need to remove all the present judiciary with the redistricting of the Courts ... vacating all the current judicial seats ... reappointing NEW JUDICIARY for all of the district, appellate, and inferior federal courts... in the rewriting of the Federal Judiciary Act. Reauthorizing the federal courts.
I could go on and on regarding the unconstitutional overreach of the Judiciary and court's legal professionals, but it would do no good as they are all well aware of their trespasses against the Constitution and the People... They are well satisfied with the current system of justice... as it serves their interests and pocketbooks.
It is so blatantly stupid it's beyond belief. As you said: person to state, state to state. State to feds and foreign dignitaries. More or less. Nothing about the CEO"s authority/ Jurisdiction to do right, necessary and proper and in the execution thereof.

I have not sent recent posts to the President... I fear the gatekeepers are keeping them from the President... I've been under the weather and somewhat disappointed. The lack of effective measures that require accountability and permanent reform has not materialized. The Deep State continues to undermine the President's orders and programs... until that problem is resolved one cannot expect credible reforms to be adopted or acted upon.
I find it difficult to declare victory in a government that permits the lawful orders and mandates of the President to be ignored, COUNTER-MANDED, or refused. ... without immediate and effective remedial action to correct the insurrection. Maybe it's my military training but insubordination and acts that undermine the chain of command are never to be tolerated. Allowing such insubordinate acts leads to mutiny and revolution.
The Deep State needs a stern wake-up call... and so far that has not happened. Allowing open defiance of the President's orders will only grow and worsen if allowed to continue. Failure to hold senior members of the DEEP STATE (both parties) criminally accountable must stop... and arrests made... The insubordinate members of the Deep State need to be fired and where the law has been violated incarcerated... now... not later... as there may be no later.
My posts are available if the President finds them informative and of value... He or his counsel can act on them... as they choose. Getting past the gate keeper to address the President is very difficult... without the hand of providence... nearly impossible for the average individual.

Ah, Yes. I have addressed the courts and their needed takedown, but, there are actually 3 groups that need to be blasted with truth. The needed humiliation would also do a work upon the populace's ignorance and would also destroy the sloppy arrogance of the people who think they can use what masquerades aa law in order to take us further down the road of destruction; educators and government. So 3 groups of people are what I am actually including in that smack-down.
The people as a whole need that slap in the face as much as the fools in robes, as do those in education, government, etc., those who wrote books, and wrote "law" courses, etc., the so-called "educated class." What a joke.
