We have no government now that would have prevented the entry of the very first illegal entry into the US. Every immigration law that exists has been broken/ ignored by DHS, DOJ, even Supreme Court. Every govt entity has broken laws that were in place and not enforced. I believe it's too late , too far gone to fix.
Deoport them ... How>? They are already on a waiting list for a deportation hearing.
Besides, the law already requires they be IMMIDIATELY DEPORTED... when caught at the border. How's that working... So much for the law. Thank the legal profession... Lawyers get paid to drag deportation cases on and on... making big bucks doing nothing but filing frivolous actions... you know they have to make a living.
