It’s only going to get worse. I came across multiple projects all over Texas, with the largest, ding ding, in Frisco. They told me they learned from the Patels, so it’s not just the Patels any longer. Their ultimate goal is to become the Landlords of America. They are buying 200 acre lots and just building the cheapest neighborhoods you can imagine building the cheapest houses imaginable to sell them at the highest prices possible. They have pooled together their money and they have tons of projects going on all over Texas. They can’t compete with the hotels right now so they are building shopping strips instead. Americans will not be able to purchase land and property at reasonable prices any longer, especially with what they are buying up. GAME OVER. America.
