Ilona, I agree. President Trump is probably looking at the best angle to get him. Maybe he is also waiting to assume full authority over the judiciary so that a criminal like letitia james does not get off the hook again.

I understand treason is not covered under either the Statute of Limitations or Presidential Immunity. Seems to me that Obama would be a prime candidate for a charge of treason.
If Obama is violating the Hatch Act he needs to be charged, put on trial and if found guilty, put in prison. He is a private citizen, not an elected official of the government. We need to check into this and do it soon.
He can always be charged for impersonating POTUS and myriad associated crimes against humanity. He made agreements in our name, Fraud. He targeted Americans. Fraud and Impersonation. He was not a lawful American, False Pretenses. Political Gain. and who knows how many actions he really took against America? The only thing good enough is public executution after a public trial. Watch the minds wake up. He is the lynch-pin.
