    A U.S. Federal judge has NO jurisdiction, or as the courts would say, NO STANDING, in regards to violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)...NONE! The UCMJ is a completely separate jurisprucence system which is distinctly separate from Federal Law. As a matter of law, even the concept of "double jeopardy" is nonexistant between USC and the UCMJ, as they are totally separate legal systems. Therefore, whoever the feral judge was who made that ruling was just an ignorant activist who happens to be wearing a black robe; as a judge, he should be impeached.

      Impeachment isn't enough! He must not ever sit on any bench ever again.

      You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, and know when to run.  You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table.  There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealing's done.

      Every gambler knows that the secret to surviving is knowing what to throw away, knowing what to keep ‘cause every hand's a winner and every hand's a loser.  And in his final words, the gambler found an ace that he could keep.  Trump has all four aces and more.  But, there are only four aces.  Correction.  It’s God’s deck!  You got to know when to play ‘em!  There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealing's done: July 4, 2026.

      Until Trump shoves these creeps back down into their seats, this will continue. He has yet to use his authority. HIs first EO in his first term, he should have smacked them down and cited Art. II and III and put them in their place. I keep waiting. I would love to help.

    Any judge standing in the way of President Trump and his administration is clearly an activist judge, who doesn't follow the US Constitution. They need to be impeached or deposed and replaced by judges who are loyal to President Trump. These judges are getting to be ridiculous.
