While the world was getting gaslit by the “Oversight” hearing today, the HHS OIG released their Semiannual report to Congress and it shows that $101.4 billion in improper payments were made for fiscal year (FY) 2023. This amount represents improper payments within the Medicare and Medicaid programs, which accounted for 43% of all improper payments across the federal government for that fiscal year. I’ll repeat, just for 2023 they found $101.4 BILLION of taxpayers money was used for “improper payments.” We need a reckoning America.
