The Clintons always do this shit. Remeber when the News reporter from Arlansas asked Slick Willy if he complete his term as Govenor instead of running for President. He said he would and yet he didn't. When someone is running for President they get a rectal exam by everyone, so by claiming they are not interested they get left alone. Then much later they anounce they are running. So yeah, she wants total power and yeah she is going to run, if she doesn't get arrested first and sent to GIMO for her trial.
