I have suggested that if state governments employ intrastate standards made to exceed interstate federal standards that pre-empt candidates from federal office elections, the interstate authority in the Federal government should emphisize that such actions call into question their electoral results submitted to the Joint-Congress, and can disqualify certification of the particular result. That means setting aside the particular states electoral result.
That should put a pucker in the state activists sphincters, since the voters of that state just might have a "boiling tar and feathers spa treatment" for the perpetrators.
Remember, all politics is local, ultimately.
Well all I can see from the results is Colorado may have opened up a can of worms that may be a problem to get the lid back on. Scenario what if states only put candidates on the ballot that they agree with???TRAIN WRECK!!
JOE: When such a thing has been approved and NO ONE SCREAMS COMMUNISM, the "PEOPLE" are choosing their Own Dictatorial government. Those ""judges"" should All be Removed.
