  • Executive Orders don't change the law... these Haitians are here illegally according to the Immigration and Naturalization Act does not give the President the power to waive the basic precepts of the Immigration statutes... He cannot offer blanket immunity and work permits, which would completely abrogate the existing law and its purpose. 

  • Or releasing them could be looked at as election interference, depending which side one's on!
