House Oversight Chairman James Comer says Rep. Ilhan Omar and her husband’s winery was reportedly SHUT DOWN amid fraud allegations involving EMPTY wine barrels sold to investors. Comer says the winery was a major part of Omar’s financial disclosures, which showed her husband’s businesses skyrocketing in value from just $51,000 in 2023 to as much as $30 MILLION in 2024. “They were apparently selling investors barrels of wine to be aged, but there was nothing in the barrels.” The Chairman says the massive increase in reported value raises serious questions about where the money came from and whether undisclosed investors were attempting to gain political influence. He also says there are “multiple fronts” on which a search warrant could have been issued based on his investigation.
