  • Most Republican politicians need to go.  Consider how many use their "charm" to win office.  Once in office, most forget about their constituents and vote according to their own self-interests.  Politicians need to be vetted.  Citizens need to be better informed.  If we intend to strive to save the U.S., we need to work together to have Republicans in office who demonstrate a genuine interest in the U.S. and its citizens.  The group of nine Republicans who worked to oust Kevin McCarthy demonstrated the type of politician that we all need to support.  Learn the voting records of current Republicans.  Learn the backgrounds of candidates running for office.  Share your demands with them and inform them that you will campaign against them if they do not work for the best interest of the U.S. and its citizens.  If possible, put together flyers describing what you learn about the individual and begin to share those flyers with others.  Or send emails.  Or share information with supporting documentation on social media. Or be part of a planned massive rally to shed light on the good or bad of the individual, providing documented evidence.  Stop whining and start acting.  Success, in most areas of life, depends on hard work.  Find a way that you can join the effort to save the U.S. Become part of the solution rather than part of the problem.  Being some part of the solution is a win.  Those who remain apathetic, passive, and lazy are part of the problem.  Such individuals have no interest in what is best for the U.S. and its citizens.  Be inspired!  Be passionate and active.!

  • But has this been a learning lesson for our untrustworthy servants?

    Time will tell.

  • One rino gone. How many more to go?

    • How about all of them

    • Time for all to be gone, keep cleaning the house!

    • Democrats removed McCarthy.  Assisted of course by those few republicans (8) who were influenced to do so by Matt Gaetz.

Republicans were satisfied enough with McCarthy to keep him in the seat.  Why? That is the question. Why?

Part of the reason is due to McCarthy being one of them. A republican so called. Not that he was doing a good job, he was simply one of them. Another part of the reason is FEAR. The republican members were afraid, afraid that a precedent would be set by his removal, and they were scared for their own safety.

But the meat of it is this: The republicans who voted to keep this guy were doing so out of peer pressure of their fellow members

, and NOT for the people they claim to represent. Once again, politics,  rather than preserving the Nation, took precendence in their vote. POLITICS.

This illustrates what is wrong with our government and why it will ultimately collapse.  It was viewed as McCarthy's turn to be speaker, as if it were the game of children, kids taught to be Fair on the playground. And the House and the Senate, and the Court, and the Presidency under the likes of Clinton, Obama and Biden, is precisely that, a Playground, pretending, fooling a dopey audience that actually voted them in to continue fooling them as if it is merely a show to be entertained by.

I hate to sound negative to those who think I truly am, but the reality is that our economy is a house of cards, just as our government is. We are living on lies.

What is happening to Trump will soon be happening to all of us if we do not have the sense to bring it to a halt. Right now, with virtually no exceptions, we are all victims of corruption with nowhere to turn but to our Great God. This nation exists because of promises made to Abraham by our Creator.  Dismiss the Creator in our nation, and we are dismissing the reason for our existence.

      And it shows. Vividly.

Those criminals in our government are untouched by any semblance of justice. And justice denied means only that more and more and more of injustice will prevail along with the rising criminalities by those who have nothing to fear.

    • You are right, Dale. Gaetz & Co sided with the demonrats to get rid of McCarthy. We need to note that all other Republicans are rinos who still supported McCarthy.

    • I don't think your conclusion is accurate.  In the recent funding vote, when Kevin McCarthy couldn't get the votes he needed because patriotic Republicans refused to increase our national debt, Kevin McCarthy turned to the Democrats to get their support in passing the funding bill.  This is what generated the conflict over his remaining as Speaker of the House.  Check the backgrounds of Matt Gaetz and the other Republicans who joined him to challenge Kevin McCarthy.  You'll find that those courageous Republicans are true patriots who have a genuine care about the future of our country.  They all deserve our strong support.

    • John, I know that these guys are true patriots who care for the future of our country and want to contain our debt. As a freshman, Matt Gaetz supported the Trump tax cuts that ended up balancing the budget. I agree with you. It's the kind of leadership we need to support strongly, if we care about the future of our country.

    • If only we had politicians who put their trust in God, the Creator of heaven and earth.
