Here’s how the USAID grift works:

1) If you want taxpayer dollars from the government, be a serial grifter like Bill Kristol.
2) Create an institute dedicated to “defending democracy.”
3) USAID then gives you money to “defend democracy.” Spend a portion of what they give you on kickbacks to Democrats’ campaigns and unpaid PR, and push their agenda domestically or internationally.
4) Pay yourself a salary through the institute and profit.
