Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said he held his breath when he took off his mask to pose for a photo with NBA legend Magic Johnson at a football game Sunday, claiming there is 'zero percent chance' of COVID infection when doing this.
Garcetti responded Wednesday to criticism after photos posted to social media show the mayor maskless at the SoFi Stadium during the NFC Conference Championship game between the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
The LA mayor pushed back any suggestion that he endangered anyone by briefly slipping off his mask at the game, while, by his account, holding his breath.
'I'm holding my breath literally for two seconds,' he said. 'There is a zero percent chance of infection from that. I put my mask right back on ... to make sure that there is no spread. And I think that we should all follow that advice until we're out of this period.'

Since I'm in the medical field, close contact with patients, at first, in the beginning when we didn't know what this was, I had to think seriously about who this will affect, how do we protect everyone? Is it everyone, certain groups? Also we had no idea HOW it will affect people. Are we dealing with another 1918, are we looking at losing hundreds of millions throughout the world?
I was working with a man in November and December of 2019 who works for a company, they had a delegation from Wuhan after TG. When they left, their entire office got very sick, flu-like symptoms, but all tested negative for the flu. The same time in the emergency rooms we were seeing the same thing, people were getting extremely sick and nothing they did for them seamed to make a difference.
We were worried, didn't know what it was, but already back then we KNEW it was connected to China. All the sick we saw visited the west coast, high travel area for the Chinese, or had visitors from China.
Viruses are all different sizes, in general tiny, so they go through the masks easily, this made us realize we were all vulnerable, unless we had personally fitted masks with tight enough fibers, hazmat suits, etc. I worried about the children, but they were untouched, so again we began to see a pattern, it wasn't attacking the kids Thank God! I kept seeing very sick people through December and January, then finally the world admitted this was everywhere. At first I felt masking may help slow it some, it will encourage people to stay out of the public more until we figure out what this is, it will force people to think and change behavior until we know better.
It didn't take long until doctor friends, chiropractors, naturopaths were already trying hydroxychloroquin and Ivermectin with great success! Didn't take long before we KNEW for a fact that there was cure, people didn't have to die, and realized hospitals were refusing to offer early treatment. That opened up another question.....what were they doing and why?
Anyway, early on in November, December of 2019, and January of 2020 we, in the thick of it knew that something was brewing, we were all masking, I was handing out masks by the hundreds and telling people about hydroxychloroquin and ivermectin. By February a lot of us were already exposed, many of us already had it, and we knew we didn't need to mask, we just needed early treatment, we saw the difference of no one dying with early treatment, and those who waited to be hospitalized. By the time March came around and the shut down came, we were fully aware that masks were not the answer, early treatment was!
Yes, masks are useless for this, but at the start when Fauchi was telling people only those in medicine need them, I was telling everyone to mask.....we had no clue what we were dealing with, it was a new virus we never saw before, it was scary as hell not knowing what to do, especially when we saw all those people in Italy dying, but as soon as we knew there were affective treatments for it......we were telling people not to be afraid, do early treatment, and not to mask. It's unfortunate, actually a crime that early treatment is still discouraged by most doctors and hospitals.
None of these "People" even realize that No Virus is a Living Thing, and All Virus are so Small as to travel right through "Any Mask or Filter" and Capable of being carried via the "Trade Winds" throughout the World. Virus exists and are unstoppable. Vaccines treat the Host Cells to create immunity as does the Human Body's own Immune Systems. All else is "Henny Penny and the Sky is falling!"

I had to ask the woman at the checkout who was masked and told me we will always have to be masked because Covid is airborne, and as it always travels through the air we breath it in........, if she holds her breath when in the shower?

I wish the world would wake up and throw the damn worthless masks away. It's all been a lie from the very beggning to steal the election, destroy the middle class, destroy the economy and push their Communist agenda upon us. I am 70 yo and not once have I worn a mask or sheltered in place or stopped shaking hands or giving hugs and not once have I been ill. Stop living in this make belive pandemic.

He should hold his breath until he breaks the worlds breath holding record, which I believe is12 years, 5 months,3 days,15 hours, 17 minutes, and 9 seconds then exhale.
