Scores of illegal aliens were apprehended during an enforcement surge in communities surrounding a popular recreational lake in Texas.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) just announced results of an operation in Denton County that began on June 27 and ran through Labor Day weekend.
ICE Dallas, working alongside state and federal authorities, arrested a total of 121 illegals in the vicinity of Lewisville Lake this summer, including two members of Tren de Aragua, a global terrorist group specially-designated by the U.S. State Department.
Both gangbangers were under investigation by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for allegedly operating an illegal livery operation on Lake Lewisville, ICE says.
Violent criminals, child sex predators, domestic abusers, burglars, and drunk drivers were among those ripped out of towns around the lake.
ICE has released photos, nationalities, and criminal backgrounds on six of the worst offenders they arrested.
