A $1 coin is still worth $1 as legal tender. The Mint is selling specially packaged, uncirculated rolls to collectors at a premium. That is normal for special and collectible coin products.
You’re the House Democratic leader. You should know the difference between face value and retail price before turning a coin catalog into an economics lesson.
