An 'elaborate' scheme... these thugs can't spell 'elaborate'... Any scheme they have relies on decades of entrenched corruption: local law enforcement, the prosecutor's office, and the judiciary... with each element protecting the other. The election fraud if exposed could expose most of those holding public office in Illinois..
