    THE REST OF THE WORLD IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.  HAS THE U.S.A. NOT YET LEARNED IF THEY BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS THEM, (JUST 1 TIME ), THAT NATION OR GROUP DOES NOT DESERVE ANY MORE HELP OF ANY KIND. BUT THE VOTERS DO NOT PAY ATTENTION AND RE NEWED MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEMES FORMED UNDER THE GUISE OF FOREIGN AID ARE "GINNED UP" .  THIS SHOULD TELL MR. & MS. VOTER THAT THEY NEED TO QUIZ and GRILL THEIR PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES AS TO THEIR STANCE ON THIS AND ONLY VOTE FOR "AMERICA FIRST CANDIDATES".

    Hey IIhan... here is an idea... since USAID helped you and your family, why not donate your salary to them and stop mortgaging our kids' future to fund your personal charities

    What a bunch of cra* funding foreign aid through socialist NGO's helps no one but the salaried employees of the NGO. It makes dependents of the intended population and debtors of our children and grandchildren.

      Ditto... It's all smoke and mirrors, a socialist scheme to obtain taxpayer support for their constituents.  Let them fund these phony NGO's with their own money... NO MORE US DOLLARS and where we can CLAW BACK every cent possible.
