SUCH INSTANCES NECESSITATE IMMEDIATE ARMED RESPONSE. A "CLEAN UP CREW" with Trucks can be designated to collect the "SHOULD BE DEAD ALIEN CRIMINALS" and get them to a "DISPOSAL PYRE".
