I agree, no detention centers... airdrop them several hundred miles on the Mexican side of the border and inform them if they return .... they had better be able to swim as their next stop (less children, the aged, and handicapped) will be international waters off the coast of their home country... or nearest soverign to their home. Just kidding about the swimming. instead, airdrop them on their capitol or deliver them to their local US Embassy and build a retention wall around their embassy to keep them in. That ought to get their attention.
