It is doubtful any would have anyway. Springfield is a blue collar area and relatively poor area overall. Except, of course, for the rulers and tyrants. Maybe they have stopped id'ing as a cat. They have the same tyrants as the rest of us.
Hopefully the townsfolk are asserting themselves with permanent authority. Last publicly publicized effort by them was a PETITION to Fire the city council. aLL OVER THE USA we should be taking up collections for bus transportation to atrports and charter flights to the aliens country of origin. Every American kick in $1 and that will move this along. Sheriffs departments should be advised they will be present to maintain order.
