Subversive elements can easily be blamed in "false flag" operations and the only solution may be local vigilance by patriotic citizens with assistance from local law enforcement. It appears that the invasion has already begun so it is up to the States and counties to govern and protect themselves since the federal ICE appears to have been relegated to an administrative role in processing the continuing flood of immigrants.
