The colour revolutions (sometimes coloured revolutions) were a series of often non-violent protests and accompanying (attempted or successful) changes of government and society that took place in post-Soviet states (particularly Georgia, Ukraine, and Kyrgyzstan) and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the early 21st century.

So.....how is all the violence here looked at as a color revolution?
LET'S HOPE THAT THE AMERICAN MAJORITY UNDERSTANDS HOW REPRESSIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE COMMUNISM IS.

I don't believe the average American understands at all. Many times when I talk to people they say something like "wow, you mean the awful stuff in the movies is true?" They don't believe it!

In most instances, I think a majority of Americans don't want to "believe" that any human would, intentionally, inflict the kinds of death and brutality that takes place on other human beings! But then, there are those of us and yourself, in particular, that knows the kind of horror that really does happen!!
Nothing will change unless eyes are opened.......not wanting to believe reality isn't helpful in preventing the horrors. We have to stop trying to protect their sensitive little feelings!

PS - IMHO, a book written by a career officer, who served in Nam, titled "Ride the Thunder", should be required reading, in every high school history, or social studies class. It is approx. 600 plus pages of the entire history of that war and includes the causes and effects of political action, inaction and ignorance, on Veitnam, its people, the US and a host of others!

Sorry, managed to mis-spell Vietnam!
I sure hope they are waking up and have become aware of what's at stake!
Not sure about that. They are going to need some help.
