Why is Adam "Watermelon Head" Schiff so desperate to block Ed Martin from becoming U.S. Attorney in Washington D.C.?

Is Schiff actually worried about "politicizing" the office?

🚨 In 2003 Schiff signed a $610,000 mortgage on a home in Maryland.

He swore under penalty that he would live there as his primary residence.

But guess what?

He bought a house in Burbank, CA just days earlier, and lived there.

Melon Head forgot to cover his tracks.

Schiff signed legal documents promising to move into the MD house within 60 days and live there for a year, but didn't.

📍 Burbank, CA — purchased May 30, 2003
📍 Potomac, MD — mortgaged June 5, 2003

Representatives must live in the state they represent, Schiff represents CA.

📉 Maryland tax records confirm it:

Schiff has never claimed the MD home as his primary residence.

So why sign mortgage documents saying he would?

Simple: You get better loan terms by lying.

That’s mortgage fraud.

Watermelon Head strikes again.

But wait, there's more…

In 2009 and 2010, Schiff refinanced the same Maryland property and again swore it was his primary residence.

In 2020, he finally changed his story — calling it a “second home.”

Why the change?

Schiff didn’t use First Republic like @AWeissmann_ and @MichaelCohen212

But he’s playing the same game:

✔️ Contradictory residency declarations
✔️ Multiple refinances
✔️ Hidden perks
✔️ Possible state tax fraud
✔️ False statements under federal mortgage laws 

Now he's trying to kill @EagleEdMartin's confirmation.

Coincidence?

Or is Pencil Neck @SenAdamSchiff worried that a real prosecutor might finally do something about a Judicial and Legislative Branch linked Lawfare Enterprise that enables widespread mortgage fraud?

Was the increased scrutiny of running for Senate the motivating factor to finally come clean and make this weak attempt to correct the record?
