How to get rid of K Harris? Easy: Apply the law. The stolen 2020 elections aside, Harris was, and is, ineligible for the office of VP. Why? Because she is not a 'natural born' citizen, an eligibility requirement for both of the top federal jobs. What is a nbc? It is a person "born in the country, of parents who are citizens" thereof. (The definition is from the definitive tome of the day of the constitutional Framers on such nation-building matters, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations'. And that eligibility requirement for those two federal offices STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.) NEITHER of her parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. The Republican Party is terribly remiss in this matter, for allowing this illegal condition to stand. Their reason is another matter (involving ttheir OWN desire to put forth candidates for those top jobs of their own who are ineligible for the same reason). The bottom line: We either live by the rule of law. Or we die by suicide.
P.S. And the same goes for BHO. Who needs to be arrested on the same charge. And all of the legislation that he signed into law, and all of the E.O.'s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made - including to the SCOTUS, and inferior courts; and to the military officer ranks - need to go with him. Into the tgrash bin. For it to be as though he had never been in that office. For, he was never there legally. And we learn a terribly difficult lesson, for a country whose people are the self-governing sovereign. That is: You can't go to sleep on the job.
