AG Barr needs to act now, not the latter... If he fails to investigate and the presumptive evidence warrants an indictment, but he refuses to indict, the President needs to relieve him of his duties. The President should address the nation describing why this Pandemic is an act of Domestic Terrorism. He needs to make it clear that there is no Pandemic and that the medical emergency was created to damage the US economy and to bringing down his Administration and reelection chances.
The President should appear before the Nation... surrounded by highly credentialed medical experts, from outside and inside the US Medical community. He needs to include members of the CDC, NIH, and FDA, who support his claims, along with several of the Foreign Experts in VIrology and Doctors who have successfully treated COVID-19 from here and abroad. Allow them to speak in support of there being no pandemic in the conventional meaning of the term... that the human body is quite capable of fighting off the COVID-19 virus using its innate immune system. That is why so many who test positive but have no serious disease or symptoms of the disease. In a true Pandemic, the human body has no innate or natural ability to fight off the disease. Obviously, the COVID-19 virus is not a pandemic, as the vast majority infected with it, fight it off with their own immune system.
The President needs to make it crystal clear that there is NO PANDEMIC and that it was the CONSTRUCT of the Democrat Party and agents within the CDC, NIH, FDA, and MSM. He needs to establish this false Pandemic is an 'act of terror' as defined by law. He needs to establish that this phony pandemic was meant to harm US citizens, the economy, and our government's policy. He needs to stress that it is past time for the Attorney General of the United States to enforce the Laws of the United States, without regard to the position or status of the person(s) under investigation. He needs to explain that America must not allow the 'Deep State' and MSM to dictate the terms upon which the Laws of the United States are enforced.
If AG Barr refuses to indict those in high office for their criminal conduct he needs to resign... If the AG will not investigate, detain, and charge those in the CDC, NIH, and FDA where there is evidence of collusion to create a panic, designed to destroy our economy and the policies of the current Administration, he needs to resign, The President needs to explain why he has had so many AG's in his Administration. He needs to point out that the laws of the United States have been and are being ignored when applied to members of the government or their associates. (site a litany of examples) The President needs to assure the public that the crimes of the 'deep state' will be prosecuted if he has to fire every US Attorney, Assistant US Attorney, and career lawyer in the DOJ and FBI... He needs to make it clear that lawless conduct by government officials ends today...that enough is enough...
The President needs to end his address to the Nation with his personal affirmation that he will faithfully discharge the laws of the land... He needs to inform the Nation that he is personally taking charge as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the land. That as Chief Law Enforcement Officer he intends to focus his Administrations efforts on Draining the Swamp in DC... The only way to fight this is with the LAW... truckloads of arrested sent to GITMO for prosecution under the Patriot Act and the Domestic Terrorism Act... After a few arrests and convictions, the Deep State will TURN ON ITSELF for immunity and deals to avoid prosecution or long term jail sentences. However, initially, they will attempt to impeach Trump... he must be ready to arrest members in his own party for SEDITION and Domestic Terrorism.

The President may need to take over the duties of the AG... too, become the Constitutional Chief Law Enforcement Officer... as intended in the US Constitution. He can probably do that via executive order as the Constitution already gives him the power to enforce all the laws of the United States. Once he is head of the DOJ in both name and fact... he can begin firing the deep state lawyers and replacing them with his own appointees... which may serve until confirmed or rejected by the US Senate... in the meantime, Trump can do an end-run around the Democrats and have most of them in jail before they know what hits them'.
