🚨Tonight I was an election observer at Maricopa County Tabulation for the small Tempe election

We weren't allowed by the BOS election staff to observe the ballots that came in from the drop box. We were told that there was counting and reconciliation, but none of that was observed by anyone.

We were only allowed to see 3 ballot bins that came from the in person ballot replacement center

The new scanner supply chain process is nothing close to the standard that is actually implemented in the supply chain industry 🤪

Dear Supervisors --- Please go tour real supply chain operations for the love of all that is good. This is embarrassing.

PS. The process for showing ID on early ballots in-person is clearly a very poor plan and woefully insufficient. It's set up to fail.
