Several challenges were pending a hearing before the Joint Session certified the electoral vote... VP Pence BETRAYED HIS OFFICE, the American electorate, and the constitution by calling for a vote to certify the election, before all the challenges to the Electoral Votes were heard. The Joint Session of Congres's voted to certify several State's Electoral votes that had serious challenges to their legitimacy... were not heard. VP Pence failed to follow the Constitution and its provisions for challenging votes suspected to be the product of fraud.
