There is a whole host of motions that seek to challenge the grounds and jurisdiction for these lawsuits or move to dismiss the case(s), change their venue, or reverse the many adverse court rulings... I question the process of the courts today, as we all should...
When we appoint supreme court justices that can not define what a woman is... or like William Clinton... have trouble defining what IS ... IS. we will have serious problems. when the Court and its officers (prosecutors and defense council) expand their role as the 'administrators of justice' to legislate justice from the bench, we are in serious trouble.

P/S THe BAR is a rouge institution that has gone off the rails... it is the BAR that promotes and disciplines the Officers of the Court. It is supposed to be vigilant in its supervision of those serving the legal system in America... That is not happening and Congress needs to take action to create a mandatory system to ensure the proper discipline of the legal profession and its officers.
the media has been giving Samuel Alito a hard time because his wife (they don't say it was his wife) flew an American flag upside down in their yard, and there was a "stop the steal " sign there. His wife said that there was a neighbor who had a sign saying "F--- Trump" and she did not like that kids could see it. They are saying because of this, Alito should recuse himself on the upcoming decision whether Trump has immunity.

For nearly 150 years Presidential Immunity from prosecution while performing OFFICIAL ACTS while in office has been the rule... it is the expected and implied power that comes with the Office of President. The current attempts to change the established law are incorrigible and EVERY officer of the court prosecuting it must be disbarred as quickly as possible.
It is appalling that it is NECESSARY to appeal settled constitutional law through the courts... Thus, giving the court more power to govern directly, than the Courts were EVER intended to wield. The Judiciary was to be the weakest branch of government. Presently, the Courts are WRITTING LAW with each decision a judge makes... The principles of 'Stari Decisis', settled law or law of the courts, must end and end now.
A Court's rulings and findings must apply ONLY to the case in law before it... The judiciary is not there to make law or for prosecutors to invent law... When it happens, IMMEDIATE removal proceedings for the offender(s) must occur ... to ensure the Courts remain the ADMINISTRATORS and not progenitors of the law.
Congress must rewrite the Federal Judisicary Authorization Act... to address and clarify the jurisdiction and power given to the courts... They must make it clear that the Federal Courts are ADMINISTRATORS of the law and any attempt to use 'case law' to establish settled law is bogus and void... courts do not make law. Decisions of the Judiciary are not law and MUST APPLY only to the case in law before them... PERIOD... otherwise, they are making law.
In addition, Federal Court injunctions, estoppels, and orders must only apply to the case in law before the court... and no further... ever.
