Where's your bill to permit and fund armed security and the physical hardening and training of school staff and students to counter such attacks... Talk is cheap and our students are dying from a lack of good school physical security and training. What? Are you too busy to prepare a Bill and why not submit it on the floor of the House, as a matter of privilege, to avoid it being hung up in the process of normal legislation... Submit a school security bill at the same time the Democrats submit their gun confiscation act, or whatever it is called?

Use parliamentary motions to have every bill read on the floor, demand proxy votes are certified in writting, and read into the record with EACH VOTE by challenging the current proxy record as potentially void... withdrawn, and request it be recertified... etc., etc.
Shut Congress down using its regulatory and procedural rules... The Constitution permits quarum challenges from the floor at will... with all the proxies gone and the GOP members out of the building ... except one making the challenge serious problems in the Democrat schedule for legislation will grind to a near halt.
