Congressional investigations into criminal conduct ... are not constitutional. Criminal conduct is to be investigated by the Administration using its police and prosecutorial powers. You do know that the state of literacy has plummeted to below 30. Likely, few know the meaning of "fecal," especially as applied to science. Where did science go? I was looking for it all day long, last week, I looked for 2 entire days. It just "went missing." duh
