Evening Edit finding based on govt records Biden’s $27 billion greenhouse gas fund did likely end up funding ads for Kamala Harris. Climate Power Action got an undisclosed amount from this fund and then launched a $55M ad campaign for Kamala Harris’s 2024 race. On its board are Democrats Randi Weingarten, Stacey Abrams, Carol Browner Clinton’s EPA chief, Ernest Moniz Obama’s Energy Secy, and the former president of the Sierra Club.
