As for the Marian apparition in Cairo, Eygpt - I believe it took place weekly for about 4 years beginning in 1968. Millions from around the world witnessed the apparition. There were many investigations that ultimately proved that it was a true apparition of our Blessed Mother.

The lineage of Isaac goes to David and the Jewish people. The lineage of Ishmael goes down to Goliath and the Philistines - later the Canaanites and others - and finally the Muslims. When I get snowed in I'll dig out my Koran to see more about Mary. Muslims do not believe in the virgin birth, and they confuse Mary the mother of Jesus with Mary the sister of Moses by using the name of Moses' father for the name of Mary's ( mother of Jesus) father.
Do read either the Koran or other well-documented books i.e. any of Spencer's books about Mohammed, Islam, Muslims.
Some of what you wrote above is not accurate. Surprisingly, Muslims believe in many of the same beliefs about the Blessed Mother Mary as do Christians. For example, they believe in the Immaculate Conception and they believe in the Blessed Mother's virginity. And from the period when Islam was formed by Mohammed (6th Century). Everyone knew that the mother of Jesus Christ was the Blessed Mother Mary - whom they revere to this day - in part because they viewed Jesus Christ as a prophet. Do a bit of research and you'll have a better understanding of Mohammed and Islam.
