John Thune needs to be on an insurrectionist list as his anti-Trupmp positions cross the line into denying the president his legal powers under the Constitution... this makes him an enemy of our system of government. He needs to be expelled from The Seate... not promoted.
Absolutely. The only problem I have with Trump is that he is too willing to forgive and forget. The Bible says that we must forgive in order to be forgiven, but that does not mean there are no consequences for our actions. We have laws based upon the laws God gave us. No, Thune did not pull the trigger that shot the bullet that grazed Trump. But his stance, manner, and thoughts join the same from others that led to the shooting. As a senator, he is subject to a higher caliber of thought. Is he required to be loyal to the Constitution or Mitch McConnel? Has he been so enamored by Mitch that he has lost sight of what is right, of what is righteous? It is past the time when he should have resigned. Either he should resign now or the Senate should expel him, or be recalled by vote. If not, then he should know that his Creator has the final word, and that word will soon occur. Choose whom you will serve Sen. Thune!
