Judge Boasberg in DC just ordered the Trump admin to provide @CHIRLA with its list of 20,000 suspected noncitizen voters in CA so that CHIRLA can see if any of its members are on the list, as part of determining whether the group has standing to sue to block its use.

Boasberg ordered as much after repeatedly asking the DOJ attorney if the 20,000 list constituted the government's full and final list. (The idea, I think, being that if there are other forthcoming lists, standing could hinge on those as much as the present list.)

TBD if the teased list arises before Boasberg moving forward. 5/5
