In lawsuits filed by Reps. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) and Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) to hold Donald Trump and allies liable for damages stemming from Jan. 6, a judge has dismissed the cases against two defendants — Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and former first son Donald Trump Jr. — while allowing most parts of the cases against the former president to proceed.
D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta, an Obama appointee, issued the 112-page ruling earlier this month on three Jan. 6 lawsuits involving former President Trump and his allies. In his ruling, Mehta accused Trump supporters of being ready to participate in violent actions on behalf of the former president.
Trump campaign adviser and former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik criticized the judge's decision.
"This is just one of many frivolous lawsuits and attacks by the government against the president's personal counsel for having the courage to stand up and fight for his client," Kerik told Just the News.

Anytime Swalwell or Thompson are mentioned; you know any lawsuit is invalid and nothing but a distraction. Two of the most traitorous people in Congress! I am glad the cases were dismissed against Don Jr and Rudy; nevertheless this whole thing is nothing but a sham. I don't see how those two can call themselves lawmakers.
What Court sanctions against the Attorney's bringing these frivolous cases are being issued... The Judges need to site the petitioner's attorneys for all costs... attorney fees and court costs. The Judge should also recommend suspension or removal of the lead attorney's license to practice law, where the frivolous action is egregious. Simply, dismissing the case will only encourage more of the same.... wasting the court's time and penalizing the innocent respondents financially and emotionally.
It is time to disbar a whole host of attorneys bringing such cases. Attorneys are supposed to seek truth and justice not income and political chaos.

The problem with that the judges need to realize that the election was a fraud election and Jan 6 is a complete disaster for the Leaders of the free country both the Democratic party and the Republicans are at fault for what happened on January 6
The law should be upheld according to the constitution regardless who the judge is and where they are politically and physically. It's time to act as real Americans on all levels. The left can go to hell...GO BRANDON!
