The judge in Fulton County DA Fani Willis' Georgia election interference case against Donald Trump told attorneys Friday there will likely be a hearing in early February, at the earliest, to address allegations filed against Willis accusing her of having an inappropriate relationship with a special prosecutor on her team.
Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee made the comments after an attorney for Trump brought up the allegations during a hearing Friday to hear motions from several defendants in the election case.
Defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign staffer, previously filed a motion Monday seeking to dismiss the charges against him, alleging that Willis "engaged in a personal, romantic relationship" with prosecutor Nathan Wade, which allegedly resulted in financial gain for both of them.

Don't look for any help from GOP Governor Kemp of Georgia... he is likely to be wearing ORANGE in a new Jump-suit to Trump's inauguration as Kemp is not a friend of Trump's or the conservative base in the GOP. Gov. Kemp threw Trump under the bus when he should have ordered a complete criminal investigation into the alleged election fraud in Georgia.
Don't look for Republican Governor Kemp to move on prosecutorial abuse or any other obvious judicial or prosecutorial abuse... Kemp needs to go to prison for his part in the election rigging and never come out... and he knows if Trump is reelected he and several other power brokers in the Georgia GOP will be wearing orange jumpsuits to Trump's inauguration.
I don't think America has enough jail cells to house all of the orange jump suits during President Trumps inauguration !
