Art. III states that both judges and justices are seated when "Under the Constitution" and as long as they operate with "Good behavior," a simple phrase that implies morality and jurisdiction. Under the Constitution is obvious. Art. I. Necessary and Proper, Faithfully EXECUTE the law of the land. Someone needs to read a thing and understand. He is our CEO and this one is NOT our CEO. Nothing says courts have jurisdiction over the POTUS. The opposite. He alone has the duty to faithfully execute and perform "necessary and proper." HIs duty alone.
Jealousy over power that you don't have is stupidity. Read. This one is asking for impeachment asap. Of himself.
Sounds like a certain judge needs to be impeached!
