Press Release: Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Capitol Police seeking for emails and videos concerning the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 (Judicial Watch v. United States Capitol Police (No. 1:21-cv-00401)).
Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit under the common law right of access to public records after the Capitol Police refused to provide any records in response to a January 21, 2021 request for:
- Email communications between the U.S. Capitol Police Executive Team and the Capitol Police Board concerning the security of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The timeframe of this request is from January 1, 2021 through January 10, 2021.
- Email communications of the Capitol Police Board with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security concerning the security of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The timeframe of this request is from January 1, 2021through January 10, 2021.
- All video footage from within the Capitol between 12 pm and 9 pm on January 6, 2021
Congress exempts itself from the Freedom of Information Act, and the Capitol Police declined to produce any records about the riot to Judicial Watch, writing in a February 11, 2021, letter that the requested emails and videos are not “public records.”
“The public has a right to know about how Congress handled security and what all the videos show of the US Capitol riot,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “What are Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer trying to hide from the American people?”

I said it before and I'll say it again, nothing happened at the Capital on Jan 6th. It was performed in a film studio. We have people on the ground on that day at the Capital and they didn't see anything. There was a video, that they took down, of course, that showed how they did it, fake blood & everthing. It doesn't take a rocket scientist Yelton figure it out. Go to google, search in the lady they said was shot & died. All news ended on Jan 7th or 8th. Where is her obituary? Where is her funeral. Nothing there. It didn't happen. All staged so crazy Nancy could put through the fraudulent electors through the congress with no resistance. If not staged, each fraudulent state electors would have been debated in front of the American people, two hours minimum per State. They couldn't let that happen and have the American people see all the fraud that occurred. Wake up America.
I was there but not inside the capital, however, there was absolutely the use of tear gas, rubber bullets and whatever knee knockers are, according to a man who grabbed a bullhorn and started yelling out what was going on.
From the parade of hurting and gassed people trying to get throughbthe crowd and away from the Capital, I estimated about 50 people, younger and older alike, men and women,, who were sprayed with tear gas. They were trying desperately to get to safety and to get more water for their eyes and faces..They had to push their way through the mass of people while tilting their heads upwards in order to pourcwater into their eyes and onto their faces.. They had to be led through the crowds friends or strangers as they could not see well or at all. They needed water and lots if it but there was only what they had with them or what others gave them.
I gave away what water I had. That's when I turned to my small group as I was in front, and I told them to turn back. Once the shots and gassing started, we didn't know if they would attack the crowd , as we didn't know if they would attack the crowd or only those up closer to the Capital.
By the time I told them to go back, that was when the crowd got really dense, it took 15 minutes to get further back from where we were on the landing steps about 70 ft from the Capital.
The skin of those who had been tear'gassed was somewhere between bright red and purple. We could see shots going off that were the rubber bullets.. One of my friends picked one up and got a pic if it..
I remember saying. "We gave just witnessed the Federal government attacking citizens."
That's about all I was witness to. Other than seeing police standing around after the shooting and gassing, like nothing had happened.
Then it was peaceful again. After returning home and watching vid after vid, it was the role of the police that was so perturbing and what I could not figure out. No one on our bus knew any more than we did.. I will add this. The MAGA crowds who went into the building then lined up on the exterior balconies and just stood there, hanging American flags over the balcony.
So, it went from extremely peaceful, to extremely violent, and then back to extremely peaceful again.
Jea9, the man that grabbed the Bullhorn was an Antifa radical. That is what they do, stir up crowds. They did it in Hong Kong and in cities on the west coast. Nothing different in Washington DC. They are trained terrorists and funded by George Soros. The man carrying a Baseball bat and hitting police was also Antifa.

Any of the violence was incited by agent provocateurs and the police... this was a red flag operation to close down the legal challenges to the Electoral Vote and it worked... they shut down the last legal venue to get the Election voided... the SCOTUS has no legal right to remove a sitting President even if they rule the election was fraudulent... it will now take IMPEACHMENT, resignation, 25th Amendment action, or possibly a Recall Amendment under Article 5 to remove Biden and Harris...
